Declan Austin, Senior Consultant has an extensive career in Passenger Handling technology  including roles at  Ground Handler Servisair GlobeGround;  airlines including Airtours International and easyJet and most recently, technology provider Materna IPS.

 

Declan has first hand experience in the selection, contract       negotiation  and deployment of CUTE/CUPPS, Self Service and  Common Use Check-in (CUSS)  and in Self Bag Drop (SBD) Technology from both a customer and vendor perspective. 

Based in the UK we will work with airlines across Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific.
